We haul it all

If you can point at it,
we can take it away

One item off the curb or a whole house cleared out — same truck, same crew, same flat pricing. If you're not sure whether it fits, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.

Furniture

Couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, dining sets, office desks and that chair nobody sits in.

Appliances

Fridges, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, freezers. Freon units handled properly.

Mattresses

Any size, any condition. Box springs too. We keep them out of the landfill wherever a recycler will take them.

Yard & green waste

Branches, brush, stumps, sod, leaves, fence boards and the pile behind the shed from last winter.

Garage & attic cleanouts

Twenty years of "we might need that." We sort it, load it, and give you the floor back in one visit.

Moving leftovers

The pile you couldn't fit in the truck. Boxes, broken furniture, packing material and whatever the movers wouldn't take.

E-waste

TVs, monitors, towers, printers, cables and dead electronics — dropped at certified recyclers, not the curb.

Donation runs

Couch, dresser or appliance still got life in it? We'll drive it to ReStore or Goodwill instead of the dump — usually cheaper for you either way.

Storage units

Behind on a unit or done paying for it? We meet you there, clear it out and you hand back the key.

Estate & rental cleanouts

Full property clears for families, landlords and realtors. Bigger jobs run as multiple trailer loads, quoted as one total.

Single-item pickup

One couch. One fridge. One treadmill you swore you'd use. Curbside runs get our lowest rate.

Anything else

Hoarding cleanups, office moves, tires, BBQs, exercise gear, pianos. If it's junk, ask us — the answer's usually yes.

Point at it. Consider it handled.

We run a 5×8 trailer — about 3½ cubic yards, or a pickup and three-quarters. You're charged for the space you fill, not by the hour and not by how long it takes us to wrestle it down the stairs. Slide it and watch it load.

Four steps, one visit

How a Forge pickup actually goes

  1. 01

    Send photos

Snap the pile from a few angles and send it through the form or straight to Ivan's phone. No walkthrough appointment, no salesman on your porch.

  2. 02

    Get a flat price

We come back with a firm number and the days we can actually hold for you. No hourly meter, no surprise fees at the end.

  3. 03

    We show up and load

We text before we roll out, confirm the price on site, then do every bit of the lifting — stairs, tight hallways, side yards and all.

  4. 04

    It's gone, floor swept

We broom out the space before we leave, then sort the load: donate what's usable, recycle what's recyclable, dump what's left.

You never touch it twice.

What we can't take

A short list of hazardous material we won't move. Tell us if any of it's in the pile — we'll point you to the right drop-off in the county so you're not driving in circles.

  • Paint & solvents
  • Motor oil & fuel
  • Asbestos
  • Propane tanks
  • Wet or leaking chemicals
  • Medical & biohazard waste
  • Ammunition
  • Car batteries
  • Concrete, brick & rock
  • Dirt & soil
  • Roofing & tile

The last three are a weight thing, not a willingness thing — our trailer is rated for volume, not tonnage, and overloading it isn't safe for anybody. Everything else, including tires, appliances with freon and e-waste, we handle. A few of those carry a small disposal fee, and we'll tell you that number up front rather than after it's loaded.

Garage cleanout

Twenty years of bikes, patio furniture and one very dead chest freezer. Packed the trailer to the rails and swept the floor after.

★★★★★

Texted a photo of the pile behind my shed and had a flat price back before lunch. The number he quoted is the number I paid. That's rarer than it should be.

— Homeowner, Napa
★★★★★

I've used the big national outfits before. This was cheaper, faster, and the guys actually swept the garage after. Using them on every turnover from now on.

— Property manager, American Canyon
★★★★★

Cleared my mom's house after she passed. They were patient with us, set aside things we wanted to keep, and never once made us feel rushed.

Give us a sentence or two so we know what we're walking into.

Mention stairs, tight doorways, gates, heavy items or anything fragile nearby. The more detail, the more accurate the price.

Photos of the junk

A wide shot of the whole pile plus one close-up of the big items is usually all we need.

Best guess is fine. We confirm the real size on site before we load, and you approve the final number then.

Straight answers

Questions we get every week

Do I have to be there when you pick up?

Not if everything's outside or in an unlocked garage. Send photos, approve the price by text, leave the pile where we can reach it, and we'll send you before-and-after shots when we're done. For anything inside the house we'd rather have you or someone you trust there.

How soon can you come out?

Depends on the week and where you are in the county. Put your preferred day and a backup on the form and we'll come back with the soonest window we can actually hold. We'd rather give you a real date than promise something we can't keep.

What if the price changes when you get here?

It doesn't — as long as the pile matches the photos. We confirm the number on site before a single thing goes on the truck. If there's more than we saw, we tell you the new price and you decide. Nothing gets loaded without your go-ahead.

Do you do the lifting or do I need to move it out?

We do all of it. Upstairs, down a hallway, out of a crawlspace, off the roof of a shed — that's the job. You point, we carry. Leaving it curbside just gets you a lower rate because it's faster for us.

Where does everything end up?

Usable furniture and appliances go to local donation partners. Metal, e-waste, mattresses, cardboard and green waste go to the right recyclers. Only what's genuinely dead goes to the transfer station — and we keep that share as small as we can.

What if I have more than fits in one load?

Then we run it in two or three. We quote the whole job as one total up front so you know the number before we start, not after the first load is gone. Bigger clearouts usually get a quick walkthrough or a video call first so we can count the trips honestly.

What payment do you take?

Cash, card or Venmo, paid once the trailer's loaded and you're happy with the space we gave you back. No deposit to book.

Can you handle a whole house or a hoarding situation?

We can. Those run as multiple trailer loads, so they get a walkthrough or a video call first — that way we can count the trips and give you one real total instead of a guess. We take our time and we're not there to judge.

Still staring at that pile?

One text and it stops being your problem. Free quote, flat price, and the floor swept when we leave.
